Course Descriptions

The Pre-Master’s for Master of Public Administration is a foundational programme designed to prepare learners for entry into postgraduate-level studies in public administration. Delivered in English, the programme equips students with essential academic, analytical, and administrative competencies required for advanced academic engagement.

The curriculum consists of four core modules: English for Academic Purposes, Study Skills and ICT, Numerical and Statistical Skills, and Introduction to Public Administration. Through these modules, students will develop skills in academic writing, digital literacy, data interpretation, and foundational knowledge in governance, public policy, and administration.

The programme emphasizes independent learning, basic research, structured reasoning, and effective communication, while also encouraging collaboration and ethical awareness.
